Access is limited to authorised users who receive credentials directly from NRX Solution or from an organisation administrator using the platform on behalf of their company.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, using a strong password, and notifying your administrator promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
You may use the service only in a lawful manner and only for the internal business purposes for which your organisation has been granted access.

Your organisation retains responsibility for the documents, records, workflows, training materials, and other content entered into the platform by its users.
You confirm that your organisation has the rights and permissions required to upload, process, and manage that information through NRX Solution.

We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, incident response, or security reasons when reasonably necessary to protect the service or customer data.
The platform, user interface, software, branding, and supporting materials remain the property of NRX Solution or its licensors, except for customer content that belongs to the relevant customer or data owner.
These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service during an active subscription or authorised trial period.
The platform is provided as a business software service and does not replace independent legal, audit, regulatory, or security advice tailored to your organisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NRX Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Access may be suspended or terminated if there is a material breach of these terms, a security risk, non-payment by the subscribing organisation, or unlawful use of the service.
Upon termination, access to the platform may end and any remaining data handling will follow the applicable customer agreement and privacy commitments.
We may update these terms periodically to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. The latest version published on this page will apply from its effective date.
Continued use of the service after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
